IMPORTANT informations about MRSA Bacteria
I do not wish to cause any alarm but the attached news articles reporting the death of a high school student on Monday, October 15, 2007 attributed to MRSA, as well as the news of 21 schools being shut down in order to keep staph infections from spreading is pretty alarming. Please share this information with all sports participants and caution them to remain vigilant and to practice proper sports hygiene.

We need sponsors to help with running our organization. Currently we have over 650 of the youth from Murrieta and surrounding communties signed up for our 2007 season. This will be an exciting year as our main home field will be at Murrieta's new multi sport sports park, Los Alamos Hills Sports Park. We have 3 new fields for our kids to use and as you know it will need to be furnished with all of the equipment to keep our kids safe and to learn the sport of football and cheerleading.

Palomar Pop Warner Conference will be training Football Officials for the 2007 Season to officiate Pop Warner games in the Menifee, Murrieta and Temecula area. Earn extra $$$ while helping promote fair play and good sportsmanship for our young football players. Must be at least 18 years of age. Instruction will consist of two evening classes and one “on the field” class. These classes will be held in late June or early July and information will be sent to all registrants via e-mail.
