Hello MVPW Family,We are one month away from the football and cheer season!

There is still a lot of registration business to take care of for many of you. The following is important information to help complete your registration and prepare for the season:

July 6th Final Day for Delayed Payments - If you are on a delayed payment plan, all your payments should be made by this date. If you have any questions about this, you can email the treasurer at Treasurer@mvpw.org THIS IS FOR FOOTBALL AND CHEER

July 8th FINAL PCA PARENT CLASS - If you have not attended the class for Parents presented by the Positive Coaching Alliance, you have one more chance on July 8th from 6:30p to 8:30p at Vista Murrieta High School Performing Arts Theater. This is a mandatory class paid for by the league for at least one adult in every family. We will have volunteers and tables set up for you to turn in paperwork. You MUST sign the attendence sheet to get credit for this class. This class will get you motivated and on the same page with the rest of the league!! If you fail to attend one of the three classes offered, you will pay for a class on your own to complete your child's registration. NOTE: There is no form to turn in for this event. THIS IS FOR FOOTBALL AND CHEER

July 8th PAPER WORK TURN IN at Sports Authority at Village Walk in Murrieta from 6:00p to 8:00p. This location and event is for anyone who has already attended the PCA Parent Class and who needs to turn in any paperwork, such as report cards, photos, physicals etc. This is also where you can pick up your raffle tickets for the mandatory fundraiser. July 18th LOCKER ROOM SPORTS camp - This clinic is for all divisions to learn offensive and defensive skills at Alta Murrieta Sports Park. The camp is only $15 !! It will be from 10am to 3pm. Wear cleats, bring lunch and lots of water. The trainers of this camp are comprised of high school football coaches, who also trained the Long Beach Jr. Pee Wee team who won the 2008 Superbowl in Florida!! We are fortunate to have them come to Murrieta to teach skills to our coaches and players. If you are interested in participating in this camp, please rsvp to . You will pay on the day of the event. July 21st PARENT MEETING for FLAG, JR. MIGHTY MITE, MIGHTY MITE AND JR. PEE WEE

July 22nd PARENT MEETING for PEE WEE, JR. MIDGET AND MIDGET This parent meeting is for all parents of participants at Murrieta Valley Pop Warner. The meeting is held at Alta Murrieta Sports Park at 6:30pm. You will meet the board, learn about important policies and procedures, get important dates, and get your questions answered. There will also be a raffle ticket pick up table at this event. THIS IS FOR FOOTBALL AND CHEER

August 3rd FIRST DAY OF CONDITIONING - Everyone will meet at Los Alamos Hills Sports Park at your designated time. Your coach will communicate with you on the time of your practice and what to expect on this first day. Rah Rah!! This season is here!! THIS IS FOR FOOTBALL AND CHEER

Please NOTE: * There is a correction on report card requirements. If you still need to turn in your report card, please turn in two copies of the report card shrunk to fit onto an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. The report card needs to include the entire year and your child's name.* Raffle Tickets are for two season tickets to Charger football games. Every family is required to participate in this fundraiser by purchasing $60 (one player) or $100 (multiple players in one family). The tickets sell for $5 each... they almost sell themselves! You can pick them up at the Paperwork Turn In Night or the Parent Meeting at Alta Murrieta. * We are looking for venders for our Kick Off Event on August 15th.
