REGISTRATION FEES:
Tackle Football: $375.00 - Flag Football: $200.00(Post-season travel additional cost)
Cheer: $300.00 - Flag Cheer: $200.00 (Uniform and post-season travel additional costs)
Non-Resident Fee: There is an additional $10 fee for each non-resident.
Family Discount: If there is more than one child per household, family receives $100 off.
PAPERWORK NEEDED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION
Completed Player Contract - 2012 Physical Form - 1 copy of birth certificate
2 copies of final year report card on 8.5” x 11” paper - Utility Bill to verify Murrieta residency

Turned in at walk-in registration or at designated paperwork turn-in TBD dates

Refund Policy:All requests for refunds must be made, in writing, and received by May 1st, 2012 at 5pm. All refunds will have $100.00 deducted for Administration Cost. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2012.
